Head of Development

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is rapidly expanding throughout the world, and is creating a development team to help support its growth.

The Head of Development will be the first major fundraising position filled by the international Development Director, and as such will have a substantial role to play in the planning and implementation of a global programme. S/he will report directly to the Development Director who is based in Geneva, Switzerland, and will take responsibility for all of the North American development operations, including major gifts, foundation relations and stewardship. There is tremendous room for growth and professional development within the IB, as well as a chance to make a real difference in K-12 education in the US and abroad.

International travel opportunities exist, as well as extensive regional travel within the US and Canada.
