Salary: £12,743 - £16,991 per year

Based within the ICT support desk team, you will provide support to end users of ICT systems including the provision of information and the operation of a call logging system that ensures all calls are resolved appropriately.
You will be educated to IB Diploma, A-Level standard, or equivalent and have a minimum of one year’s administrative experience in an office environment. You will have proven communication and organizational skills and a demonstrable interest in working in an ICT environment.
