Online media manager Ref 150

Salary: c.£27,000

As part of the communications team, based in the strategic planning department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s website (www.ibo.org), you will have the drive and imagination to develop the intranet as well as the ability to lead projects on online media initiatives that support the communications and marketing strategy. You will have a strong background of managing online activities in a communications function and be highly motivated and confident working across an international organization.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a communications background. You will have proven experience of maintaining websites and in managing online activities in a communications function. A high quality of written English is essential and a strong command of one or more of the organization’s other official languages (French, Spanish and

Chinese) is desirable. The ability to write clearly for online media is essential, as is the ability to communicate with people at different levels and from different cultures in an international setting.
