Terms and Conditions
Exhibitors must agree to all terms and conditions listed below.
- There is no additional cost for extra exhibitors. However, these individuals will not be invited to meals or other conference events.
- The deadline for application is 16 May 2011. Upon acceptance of your application, IB will register you then invoice you for any applicable fees.
- All proposals will be reviewed and responded to within one week of receipt. IB reserves the right to refuse to accept sponsorships, exhibitors, and advertisements. Acceptance of these does not constitute an endorsement by or a relationship with IB.
- Exhibitors will maintain their exhibition table(s) during all hours the exhibition hall is open.
- Exhibitors are responsible for transportation, lodging, and non-conference meals and expenses for all members of their staff
