2011 IB Conference of the Americas Exhibitors

The 2011 IB Conference of the Americas represents the largest gathering of members of the IB community in the world. This year, we expect over 1,200 participants representing school heads, school board members, superintendents, IB programme coordinators, and educators from tertiary, secondary, middle, and primary schools from across the Americas, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Our exhibitors are a welcomed and a vibrant part of the event. We are excited to announce additional exhibitor time with the conference attendees. New this year, the exhibit hall will open with our welcome reception on Thursday, July 21st and continue throughout the two full conference days—July 22-23, 2011. To maximize your visibility at the conference, we also offer the opportunity to advertise in our conference program—we estimate over 1,000 programs will be printed and distributed to conference attendees. Exhibitors

Organizations/Individuals that sign up as sponsors or exhibitors will receive a six-foot draped table in the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open on the two full conference days for 5.5 hours each day. Refreshment breaks will be taken in the exhibit hall to increase participants' awareness of your exhibit. We encourage exhibitors to select packages with a conference sessions for the opportunity to spend additional time with attendees.
