The workshop will take place at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. The International Baccalaureate (IB) has arranged preferred room rates for this workshop. International Travel
- All non-citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States or Canada.
- An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.
Ground Transportation
- Hotel located approximately 24 miles from Denver International Airport (DEN).
- This hotel does not provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
- Alternate transportation: Super Shuttle: (303) 370-1300 or 1-800-BLUE-VAN. ($34 USD return/ $19 USD One-way)
- Estimated taxi fare: Approximately $45.00-$65.00 per trip to and from the airport.
- Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center offers complimentary shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the hotel, including Park Meadows Mall. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Light Rail Service: Travel to downtown Denver in just minutes via Light Rail. A new stop is located at the Belleview Station, on the E line, only one block from the hotel.
